Since 1989, our two most valuable assets have been: a great team and a very loyal customer base. We seek relationships first through honest guidance, excellent service, and building trust. "Excellent Service" We built our business on service first and those "roots" of our organization have not changed. We appreciate the understanding that a great sales team is only as capable as the service team to deliver commitments.
Our modern facility is one of the cleanest and neatest anywhere, with excellent highway exposure and accessibility. We lease 14 in-water docks at Sawmill Creek Marina with immediate Lake Erie access just 3 minutes from our main office & showroom.
Our Select used boat list is truly "selective"; they are consistently clean and detailed, well-prepared, ready for survey, inspection, and immediate delivery. Buyers regionally see and experience the added value in our approach, which in turn makes our pre-owned list most "active" as a result. Our select used list is consistently very active as a result. While many competitors like to measure themselves on the number of listings-in contrast, we measure our sales success on actual results like inventory turns and days on the market.
Additionally, we carefully consider and actively accept trades on new, pre-owned, and brokerage boats. In fact, our trades are typically the ultimate in value on our select used list due to the extensive level of preparedness. While most dealers aim to either avoid trades or invest as little as possible in trades. Our approach is very different. We view trades as what they can be with the talent of our service team-and we're actively creating great value in our trades by making them the cleanest, best prepared, and most upgraded turn-key unit on the market.
We understand how the customer values convenience in both sales and service transactions. Sometimes, the right boat and the right price are simply not enough. We aim to make it simple on top of that through convenient financing, deliveries just about anywhere, rigging teams to make boats "fit their owners, and most important-following through on our commitments.
Our new boat lines carry a consistent superior standard for quality, ruggedness, and performance. All four new lines we carry are privately owned companies, with a cultural match consistent with our mission described above. We would never want to have our values questioned or destiny controlled by the corporate culture with some of the industry giants that have set simply different standards within boating.
